After upgrading three laptops to SP4 users can no longer
save power point files to offline folders.
Error message tells user that the file already excists.
You can however right click on the offline folder and tell
it to create a new powerpoint file.
Any one else had this problem?
Thanks...

What version of PowerPoint, and where did you find SP4? I only know of
SP1-3 for PowerPoint 2000 and SP1 for PowerPoint 2002. Maybe it's a service
pack for another product?

You might get more help from one of the Windows newsgroups. Like

I am having a similar problem trying to save my ppt file
from 2000 down to 4. If you had anybody give you a
solution I would be more than happy to hear it.

Thanks,
Isabelle
