You cannot set the start time to 13:00:00. If you attempt
to do this (or any time after mid-day), the time will be
set to 12 hours less than what you want.

This bug is evident for anyone with a 24 hour time format set.

Set your time format to a 12 hour one, set the desired scheduled scan time,
and then reset the time format to a 24 hour one. The scan will take place
at the desired afternoon time.

One way to do this for many is to choose English (United States) as the
language setting--then reset to the desired language setting after the
scheduled scan time is set.

This works because a 12 hour time format is the default for English (United
States). However, English (United States) users who have chosen a 24 hour
time format also see the same bug.

Thank you, I changed tho English (USA), I udated time for
scheduled Scan to 13:50, and after again Changed to
Spanish (Spain) and now it works OK.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Beta2 will be designed with localization
properly thought out in advance, and should not have these strange quirks.
