Bug in Japanese Address in Outlook

Found an interesting bug in Outlook 2003.

I am adding a contact with an address in Japan:
entry detail:

3-23-7-204, Koishikawa,
Bunkyo-ku
Tokyo 112-0002
Japan

When I enter:
Street: 3-23-7-204, Koishikawa
City: Bunkyo-ku
Province: Tokyo
Postal Code: 112-0002
Country: Japan
in the outlook contact screen, here is the result:

112-0002
Tokyo
Bunkyo-ku
3-23-7-204, Koishikawa
Japan

Can someone have a look and fix the problem?

Hi,

I know this was posted a few years ago but I have the exact same problem firmwide.

Does anyone know if this is a microsoft bug or if there is a workaround for it.
