bug in IE 6.0

Thee appears to be no place where you can notify Microsoft of a bug in their
software.

The "Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when browser is closed" option
under the Advanced menu in the Internet Options section for Tools DOES NOT
work.

With this option selected, IE 6.0 is supposed to automatically delete all
files in the temporary directory/folder. This DOES NOT work for IE 6.0, but
it did work for previous versions.

Why does Microsoft have no means to inform them of bugs in their software?

In IE, Help | Send Feedback. The first item on the page is the place to
submit a bug.
