I'm Running Excel 2007 English version with a Dutch locale, where a
semicolon is used as listseparator.
When a Name is created or edited that includes a non-US separator in
the refersto string and the workbook is saved that name is marked as
corrupted and removed when the workbook is reopened.
I copied this from workbook.xml
<definedName name="LangPos"
comment="">MATCH(LangID;LangVal;0)</definedName>
When I manually edit the xml and replace the semicolon with comma
the workbook opens without problems.
