buffer in wmp, winamp, ...

when i go on a site like www.c-dance.be (thats a radio site of my area)
and i open the high-stream(and it's not only that site or stream) : it
says : save to buffer 12%, 29%, ... to 100% and then I hear music for
about 11 seconds, than he says save to buffer 12%, 29%, ... to 100%
again and so on. Can onyone help me pleas. How can I fix this, is it a
problem in the buffer or something?

Apparently your connection is too slow.
(It takes more than 11 seconds to download 11 seconds of music.)

It works properly here, tested with different browsers.
