bue screen after reboot

Hi, after apply 19 security updates, the windows 2000+Sql server and PDC
server ask me to close having 2 connections, I accepted and the machine goes
blue screen but never changed
to other state.

Using equipment administration tool, i see the even viewer with sql server
starting, so it seems the machine really restarted but i can't see nothing
but a blue screen.

How could I reboot or shutdown the machine witout acces to the console?

There are many ways to do this:
- shutgui.exe
- shutdown.exe
- psexec.exe, followed by shutdown.exe
- mstsc.exe (to start a Remote Desktop session)
- pulling the plug

The first four methods require a networked PC.
