Yes I have seen this in person a few times when in China. Them Chinese have to be the most innovative people when it comes to basic transportation.

I also did not notice that the first time but I have a different explanation to this. Notice the lightning effect on the baby, its bright and the rest of the folks are in a shadow, which is not possible too.
