When in author review mode, I want to change the ugly default background color of my bubbles the program has assigned to me. Is the color permanent or can I somehow change it to another default color through Word or Windows for my name so as to distinguish me from other reviewers. If so, how? Using Word 2002 & WinXP.
Thanks

Hi =?Utf-8?B?Ymx1ZWJpcmQ=?=,
When in author review mode, I want to change the ugly default
background color of my bubbles the program has assigned to me. Is the
color permanent or can I somehow change it to another default color
through Word or Windows for my name so as to distinguish me from other
reviewers. If so, how? Using Word 2002 & WinXP.you can either let Word assign a color to you, or you can specify ONE
color for all authors. There's no way (unfortuantely!) to assign a
specific color to each of many authors.

Hi =?Utf-8?B?Ymx1ZWJpcmQ=?=,
Word must hate me because it assigned an awful color to me
<G> Keep working with that document long enough, and
eventually Word may change the color assignment on its own.
Lord knows, it's happened to me often enough!
