btiein.dll exception

hi,

I keep getting a notice of an exception occurring when it
tries to run C:\WINDOWS\System32\btiein.dll,Download

Anyone have any suggestions, I'd appreciate it.

This is a spyware app. You don't want to run it. Get Spybot Search and
Destroy and it will get rid of it.
