Hello out there!

I´m an WinXP Home edition-user with an Intel p4-2,53 Ghz
computer, and problems...

I often gets the blue screen (BSOD) telling me like:

Page_Fault_In_Nopaged_Area
or
PFN_List_Corrupt
or
Driver_Irql_Not_Less_Or_Equal (usbport.sys or usbuhci.sys)

My memory-modules are RIMM 1066Mhz (RAMBUS) from Kingston.

This is so frustrating!!
The strange thing is that the computer can works well for
days without any problems (always on 24h) running a lot
of programs like Photoshop, Nero, Winamp, ACDSee etc...

The bluescreen-thing is so intermittent, i´ll never know
when it going to died...

Please Help Me! Is it the memory-modules (2x256MB RAMBUS)
who´s the problems?

I`d say its one of both of your memory modules however the
Driver_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL that sounds like a driver problem. With bad
memory you get both the PAGE FAULT and sometimes PRN_LIST_CORRUPT but only
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL the driver IRQL is suggesting a driver problem.

I would try to test your memory with a memory testing program for at least
12hours a 20 - 30 min test is no use.
