Every time I try to boot my system with my video card driver enabled I get a
BSOD / STOP error related to nvlddmkm.sys

I have tried the older 87 drivers, but they either fail to load or BSOD as
well. The card is made by XFX.

i got the same problem also :(

You can't expect Vista to run with old drivers - you should be using
the recent Vista specific drivers.

And unless you need the openGL or optimization of the nVidia drivers,
the in-box drivers work just fine. I've installed Vista on two
machines with nVidia cards, my backup box with a 6600, and this
machine with a 7600. I did clean installs and they both worked fine
with the in-box drivers. I then updated to the listed nVidia drivers
without problems.

I'm using this machine with a RAID0 array in RC1 and it's been stable
for the last week using the older XP drivers until nVidia wakes up and
makes RAID drivers for this build.

Hi

im using the drivers that came with Vista; aparently the Nvidia Driver with
Vista is buggy; confirmed by a lot of people; search google using words
"nvlddmkm.sys BSOD Vista" and you will see lots of people complaining and
only a long winded resolution; which involvs dual OS's......
