Yes,
I have been having issues here with my computer that I can't seem t
figure out. I get these errors at random. Some days worse then others
Tried clean format/install (was time for one anyways). I have bee
getting BSOD with the following stop errors:

0xD1 Driver_Irql_Not_Less_or_Equal
0xE1 KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
0x7F UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP
0xBE listing that WIN32K.SYS is the driver at fault.

System Specs:
AMD 2000XP
Gigabyte GA-7VRXP
768mb 2700DDR
Ge-Force MMX-400 64mb DDR
40 & 80gig hd
Mad Dog 5.1 sound card

I have no IRQ conflicts on my device manager. I have also trie
updating my graphics card & sound card drivers with the newest release
and the releases that came with them. Replaced memory (had 2 25
sticks, bought new 512, problem still existed, so put one 256 back i
and put other stick in other machine - no issues on other machine wit
that memory stick)

Make sure your RAM is correct (nonECC, unbuffered)
You can try this by putting the original RAM n first and running.
I f it is okay and the RAM is correct type, put it in the first slot (the largest)
If you only have one stick make sure it doesn't require pairs
If all of that is okay take all your hardware out and try one at a time, if you have
something that will Plug and Pray already.

These errors have very little to do directly with IRQ conflicts but faulty
drivers. There are 2 independent issues that may be causing the problem.
The Kmode exception and kernel mode trap messages point to faulty
drivers. If there were no reason to install device updates (and from where
did they come --- MS Update or the vendor?), then it is always better to
leave things alone. And the second issue, as already mentioned, is moving
memory around. Make sure that they are as specified by the manual and
(re-)installed properly and that they were not damaged. And check that
the bios sees the installation as it actually is in the computer.
