bsod on windows 2000 server sp4

hi all, i have a problem that take me crazy!!!!

i have an ibm server netfinity 5100 with 1 p3 866 processor 1gb ram and 6
scsi hdd in raid 5 with a pci controller.
when i try to insert a firewire or usb pen or hdd the system freeze with a
stop error:
STOP : 0 x 0000001E (0 x C0000005 , 0 x 8044E85A , 0 x 00000001 , 0 x
0000005E)
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
Address 8044E85A base at 80400000, DateStamp 4344ec59 - ntoskrnl.exe

when i try to insert an usb cdrom drive or another peripheral the system is
in perfect state.
please can you tell me how to solve this problem or who i contact to solve???

it is very urgent!!!!
