BSOD: NOT EQUAL OR LESS

Does anyone knows what this BSOD (blue screen of death) is caused by?

Shows something like ERROR: NOT LESS OR EQUAL bla bla

Is it graphic related or cpu related error?
Any ideas?

I'm fairly convinced that my BSOD "irq driver not less than or equal"
problems were due to over heating. Problem is when I tried to fix it I
reinstalled one set of graphics and chipset drivers at a time. That
didn`t work so I did graphics, chipset set and modem drivers together,
added some fans to my case, did a virus sweep and malware check. Lo and
behold every thing was groovy, but I can`t say for sure which one did the
job. I reckon over heating was the problem meself.

Yeah so was mine. I moved the power supply and moved a stick of
RAM to the slot farthest away and it hasn't happened since (this was a
fortnight ago).
