BSOD error message

I am getting a BSOD on my XP Pro SP1. Can someone please help to decipher
the cryptic message: driver_IRQL_not_less_or_equal

Do you have ISDN? Could be a conflict withthat and something else.
Uninstall and reinstall any ISDN drivers - if you need them anymore.

If you don't, might be video.
Try updating your Video Card Drivers.

Also, if you have more than two USB devices, change the places they are
plugged in around some.
