Windows Vista BSOD error 0x00000008e

hi guys
i've been seeing ur forum a lot.....
i have started getting this error blue screen during the boot and also during any actual operation within the system. the problem does not exist in safe mode.....
i have a dell inspiron 1420 laptop with vista os....i have 1 gb ram and 160 HDD
i'm not very good at tech terms....
i have made a zip of my minidump i've attached it here so that someone can analyse the problem.

well i read the suggested files and got totally confused as this is all greek and latin to me........

HOPE this additional information helps
 
the memory has 2 modules of 512mb that is total 1gb. the dell tele support guys made me remove and reshuffle between these cards...but no use.....now they say the cards may be faulty and since my warranty has expired they will not replace it even if i pay for the cards....but if i buy warrranty they will replace the cards within the warranty.....some company policy mumbo jumbo....what a scam!!!!
