Any ideas what this means?? I've been having it recently on my PC and I
thought it may be a driver problem for something I installed so I unplugged
everything and did a factory re-store and it's still happening :o( ....any
ideas what else it could be please, it's very annoying!

Many thanks, Hazel

Background information on Stop Error message
http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms795679.aspx

A driver is in an inconsistent or invalid power state. Typically occurs

down, or moving into or out of standby or hibernate mode.

Is this occurring on shutting down, or moving into or out of standby or
hibernate mode?
