One of our computers here at work is unable to pull up
certain pages. All of the security settings have been
checked. For instance if we browse a new website today and
then go to browse it again a couple of weeks later, the
old web page is accessed. It will never pull up the
current page.

Open Internet Explorer, go to Tools, select Internet Options, click delete
files, accept the option to delete all offline content and click clear
History, then try accessing the site(s) to see if you can pull up the
current page. If yes, in IE again go to Tools, select Internet Options, go
to the Advanced tab, scroll to the Security section, place a check next to
"Empty Temporary Internet Files Folder when browser is closed," and press
apply and ok. While you may occasionally have to clear history and/or
delete cookies in the future if this problem appears again, this should cut
down on the frequency of the issue.
