Browsing remote NT 4.0 domain

We have a Windows 2000 domain and have recently added
another company to our network but not in our domain. The
NT 4.0 domain can see us in Network Neighborhood, but we
can't see them. Is there some setting I am missing???? I
have been on this for 2 weeks. Any help would be great!

WINS or other NetBIOS name resolution and trust relationships would
be the two biggies here.
