browsing probs...

Hi,
there are a few web sites that i have visited on a daily basis and now all
of a sudden they dont work. now i have tried the `` HOSTS`` solution that was
given in this forum and did not help. I have ran ad-aware, spybot and
hijackthis and nothing helps. I have even done a system restore as a last
option but nothing. please help.

Are you sure the sites are on line and working?

There are no parental controls engaged? No internet locking software? No
firewall that blocks those sites?

first, thanks for the help....but yeah the sites are up and running they`re
accessible through my other networked computer firewall is shut down and
parental control is not engaged and i assume a locking software would prevent
all internet access???....anyhow i`m kinda hoping the little monsters inside
my machine will stop screwing things up.....thanks.
 
screw ie and download firefox from mozilla.org

yes the sites are working, and no to the other questions. I did all the new
settings you said to do and they did not work.
 
I got it fixed, I just went and check allow reporting errors to microsoft and
the pages started working?
