I have had problems with IE6 browsing for some weeks now.

What happens is that after a period of time I have
corruption on pages, page not found, or even totally
diffrent pages displayed.

If I reboot my machine (XP) the problems disappear for a
few hours but then re-appear.

Can anyone please help as this is very frustrating.....

My guess is that since the problems are increasing the longer you have the
browser open and are surfing the web that it has something to do with the
cacheing of web pages. On the Internet Options control panel
(Tools=>Internet Options menu).. On the General tab press the "Settings"
button in the Temporary Internet Files section and check you settings for
handling cacheing particularly the space allocated for the cache folder.

Also on the Advanced tab, under Security check the option to "Empty
Temporary Internet Files folder when browser closes" option.
