Hi mate ive answered a similar question on here a few
weeks ago,This is a Microsoft file and it must be a bug
in the antispy thats stopping it detecting it as one of
its own.
I dont know of any malicious files that use this name so
in my view i would allow it to continue instead of
blocking it then you will not see this message again.
The Shell Browser UI Library comes with all version of
the Windows Operating system so its must be a bug thats
blocking it,This file is in the Windows system folder so
if its showing as being in another place this could raise
some suspicions but other wise allow it.
If you wanted to double check then find the path to the
file next time it displays it's been blocked(typically
Windows/system32 folder).
Then go to this site :
http://virusscan.jotti.org/
click upload and load the browseui file to check it for
malware but this is only if you dont want to allow it as
this site uses 12 virus search engines to check for
malware and displays results within a few seconds

Andy
