browsers closing

am using IE6, Maxthon and Firefox (all latest versions)

Tried to buy the ebook Da Vinci from the estores and when I click the
purchase or payment or confirm button, the browser closed. I suspect that it
is related to MS's antispyware or are the stores stealing my credit card
info?

I don't use junkware :-)
I use ZoneAlarm

Sounds like Spyware to me or just some unfortunate glitch. I would run a
Microsoft AntiSpyware scan anyway in safe mode just to be on the safe side.
 
I think I might have found the cause;
the anitvirus that I am running also scans websites
