Hi,

For the last few days I have been unable to acess 'dial-up
networking' in 'control panel'. This is becuase

" Explorer casued an error in
Browserhelper.DLL"

followed by

" Explorer casued an error in
DIMM.DLL

Does anyone know how I can fix. I also recently installed
a belkin wireless DSL card for my laptop, is this related.

First eliminate any scumware.
