im trying to play a game but it keeps saying that i have
more than one browser running how can i delete one or
stopping running one and how can i find them

Look at your running tasks.
Ctrl+Alt+DeL keys see if more than one IE is running?

Run MSCONFIG from the start/Run applet and under StartUp tab is there more
than one also.

Check for parasites that may be working in the background.
