I have run the scan 3 times and all times a risk SEVERE
comes up. It is to do with my home page etc. being
programmed to certain sites which i can't change back!I
have tried removing them,but all three times it has
failed and i still cannot change my homepage. What should
i do! HELP

In Microsoft AntiSpyware, go to Advance Tools > Browser Restore, check
"Start Page" in the right pane at the bottom, choose "change URL
Settings..." link and type in the desired Start page url link you want and
click ok.

Restart the computer in safe mode, open Microsoft AntiSpyware, on the Scan
Page, choose Scan Options > Full System Scan (check the boxes below) > click
Run Scan Now. Also run these alternative AntiSpyware utilities in safe mode:

CWShredder - http://www.intermute.com/products/cwshredder.html
Spy Sweeper - http://www.webroot.com
