Browser warning on Event viewer

Hi

I have i event 8021 and 8032 on the system event tab.
I looked in technet and they said need to make sure file
and print sharing is enabled. It is enabled and i'm still
getting the error, the also mentioned something to do on
dns but it was not clear enought.
