Recently on my internet explorer browser all of my menus,
links bar, tool bars, browser bar, everything went away.
I just have a screen showing the webpage I am on. How do
I get all the tools back. I have no, back button, stop
button, file button, nothing.

John, did you try to enable them through View->Toolbars main menu group?

Sorry, I missed the point. There is no main menu visible to you. You can use
regedit, activate HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\Toolbar\WebBrowser key and delete ITBarLayout parameter. This
should restore the default layout
