I made the huge error of downloading a tool put out by
trafficwords.com. It has taken over my browser when i go
to search engines such as google and yahoo.com. What
happens now is that any search I perform, the browser
first checks with keywordpointer.com to see if a company
has bought the keyword, it then decides whether to
intercept my search to an advertiser or go thru google as
usual. It is a pain as you can imagine, but to make
matters worse, the company is near bankruptcy and many
times the redirect is down and thus I cannot search at
all. Does anyone know how I can remove this? I am using
6.0.2800 128 bit on XP. Any help would be greatly
appreciated. THANKS !!

It really helps if when you give the web site that is causing the trouble you give the complete address. Then we can put the site in our hosts and be done with that creep. Thanks.
