Browser "stuttering"

While using Internet Explorer there seems to be some sort
of time delay or pause going on. When I type something
the letters don't appear as I am typing, more like a
couple seconds later. This just started happening. No
actions seem to be instantaneous anymore. It's like I
have to wait for it to catch up.
 
happens to my computer.
internet options
delete temp files/history/cookies
shutdown/restart
works great .....

The first thing to do is to scan your system for the possibility of
unknown\unwanted spyware or parasites that may be causing your problem(s).

Time also to defragment your HD. Start/All Programs/Accessories/System
Tools/Disk Defragmentor. Do this after running Disk Cleanup in the same
folder.
