Browser shuts down after viewing documents with Acrobat Reader;

I have been experiencing my browser shutting down after
viewing document on various websites with acrobat reader.
This occurs @ this time with reader you have to close out
of versus those you can use the back button to return to
previous page. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Is it possible you are using 'X' for IE rather than Acrobat reader.

Try this URL from Adobe on configuring IE or AOL to display PDF files.
And other issues.

What version of the reader are you using. With IE 6 suggest you get the
latest.
Download it, remove the current version and install the new downloaded ver.
