Browser settings

I had soyware which was successfully detected. However,
no matter what I do, I cannot return my browser settings
to my required homepage. The anti-spyware default
settings do not work, neither does storing it in Internet
Options. Any suggestions on what is stopping this?
 
Go to Advanced Tools in Microsoft AntiSpyware > Browser Restore > Check
"Start Page" > Change URL Settings link, and type in the desired home page
and press OK.
 
Great advice...it won't work, but it's great advice.
(And Dell My Way also hijacks your browser, though
they're not considered 'security threats')
