I have a site that provided by a trustworthy vendor that
IE says is "restricted" and won't load. The site is not
in the restricted list, yet, IE keeps saying it is
restricted. Anything I can do?

Thanks-

Is your site redirecting to a restricted site?

Q

Thanks for fast response..

It is weird. It has a login screen that allows me to
login and go to a screen where I can choose other
options. When I choose my option, it pops me back out to
the login screen. All are labeled as restricted.

The vendor has another "extranet" that also has a login
screen. That extranet allows me to get to any and all
additional screens. I don't understand why one would work
and not the other. Strange.

Is this SP2? If so (well, even if not for a test), hold down the control
key when you click the problem link. I've noticed in SP2 that the popup
blocker will do this same thing; the control key suspends the popup
blocker for the link. Also, if the URL of the second site is not part
of www.theoriginalsite.com, then the URL of the second site will have to
be added to trusted sites.

Thanks for this. I tried it, but it still directed me
back to the previous screen. I believe I do have the sp2
now, and I've suspected it is messing things up.

The computer just won't allow me to change a site's
security status. I've told it to accept cookies at this
site. I've put it in my trusted sites list. Still, it
says the cookies are blocked. Aaargh. Any other ideas?

Thanks again for taking the time.
