Browser Quits

When i go to curtain website such as www.whps.org or www.russianinternet.com,
and many others, my IE6 quits with the following error:

IEXPLORE.EXE- Application Error

The instructionsat "0x0121d0e" referenced memory at "0x00000004". The momory
could not be "read"
Click OK to terminate the program.

I have tried to go to the same websites using FireFox but it quits without
any errors. I think my browsers have been hijacked. I update and run Norton
AV, Spybot and Ad-aware at least once each week but the problem still
presists.
Please help.
