Only on certain, yet unrelated, links, I receive a blank
white page that says done, but obviously has nothing on
it. Any ideas if it's IE 6 or my ISP?

From previous posts, check these out.

Some URLs will display a white blank page when loaded, and the status bar at
the bottom of the screen says "Done". However, I can go into Netscape and
load the page using the same URL. When loaded in Netscape, the Address Bar
will show a different URL. though. I can do a "copy" of the URL address in
Netscape, go back into IE and paste the URL in the Address Bar and the web
site will load. For example: in IE http://my.attbi.com/ loads a blank page.
In Netscape the same URL loads the web site with an URL address of
http://my.attbi.com/cgi-bin/mtwn/.

I finally figure it out! For those having the same problem, I. E. 6
"Tools, Internet Options/Security/Custom Levels" "Allow META Refresh" must
be Enabled

Some things to check.
Check if your firewall isn't blocking scripting for the MS URL.
If you've got Norton then, "Allow animations to repeat," needs to be enabled
as well for some web sites, or you get "Done" on your browser status bar and
a blank window.
