Browser Not Working But Internet Is

I ran several utilities. Spybot, RegSeeker, and Adawar 6.0.
It is funny how each of these found different things.
At any rate, the problem is solved and I thank you all for your input.
The computer was being Hijacked and the problem is gone.
 
No! The issue was not that basic.
Apparently I was Hijacked.

Spybot and the Adaware 6.0 took care of the problem.
