Browser not opening in full screen mode.

My browser persists in opening in a half screen mode . I have maximised it
several times the do a File>Close but it always comes back as half a page.
How do I stop this annoying glitch.

Open to the small window>close all other windows>drag the edges to the size
you want, with the mouse>close it with the X.

Hi Joe,

Make sure you have only one window of IE open. Drag the window borders to
fit nearly the whole screen, but do not use the maximize button. Close that
window.
