When attempting to use the browser in AOL, either by link
or by typing in a URL, the page opens as a blank white
page. The browser operates normally outside the AOL
environment.
I have uninstalled IE6 and all AOL. I have reinstalled
both. I have removed pop-up blocker and have shut down my
firewall program (zone alarm plus). I have cleaned out
all cookies and internet files. I have reset the AOL
controller. I have had convbersations with 4 different
techs at AOL who are at a loss to explain the issue other
than it may be some filter (possibly downloaded with NAV
auto updates).
I have a number of items in the task manager "processes"
which I am totally unfamiliar with and I am asking for
help in the following ways:
1. Is there a location that I can look up the file names
in the processes?
2. Is there anyone that may have encounter this issue
with IE6 and AOL that has found a solution.
Thanks!
