Using web mail sometimes gets this msg and locks me out.
Is this a corruption of code, lack of resources? Should I
do a re-install? Thanks for any help on this issue.

Here are some suggestions you can try to resolve your issue:

You may want to try deleting your Cookies and Temporary files for IE to see
if this could be the issue:

Delete all the temporary files to see if it helps.
1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Click Tools, click Internet Options and click 'Delete Files' and 'Delete
Cookies' button in the General tab
3. Click the Setting button
4. Click View Objects, Delete all the files under the folder.
5. Try to access the email server to see if the issue continues.

Or if this problem happen recently and you are running an XP Operating
System, you could try to use System Restore to roll the system back to
an earlier time:

To use the System Restore function, follow these steps:
1. From Start, click Programs, click Accessories, and under System Tools
open the System Restore.
2. Select Restore my computer to an earlier time and click the Next button.
3. Select a restore point before the problem happened and click the Next
button to execute the System Restore.

Note: Save all the critical data to the My Document folder. You might need
to
reinstall some programs installed after the restore point you choose.

Good Luck!!
