When I access microsofts knowledge base search page I
receive the message "Error on Page" and the page is not
displayed properly.

I tried re-installing IE6 sp1 by changing the registry
that it was not installed( found this on kb with another
PC). This did not work.

My system is XP Pro with all updates installed.

Any suggestions.

Quite by accident I discovered what was causing my problem. I use a utility
called AdSubtract to suppress all those annoying pop up ads, banners, etc.
When I shut the utility off, the error on page problems goes away.

Are you using any other stopper, security programs?
