Was wondering if I could get some assistance from some
more experienced users out there.

I am currently running MSWin2K and have IE6. I've had the
unfortunate circumstances of getting some Trojan horses
and a few other viruses. Since then, my problems have
been this:

- Sometimes browsers will freeze/lock up. Will have to
manually shutdown screen via Task Manager
- When typing content into fields on the internet (i.e.,
yahoo/hotmail email content) it is 'extremely' slow to
show what I've typed. I usually have to wait 5-10 sec to
even begin to see what I've type. This is the strangest
problem that I've had and cannot for the life of me figure
out how to solve.

It seems to have been caused by the viruses but cannot be
certain. DOes anyone have a solution to this problem,
other than reloading? I've even run the latest service
packs and security updates from ms.com. Any and all help
would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
Arnold
