I don't even know if I am in the right area or not. AT this point I don't
know where to go.
Last week I installed a program called Yahoo Sellers Manager. The program
constantly would freeze up and cause many error within the program, so I
uninstalled it.
Since doing that I have no longer been able to watch news clips or music
videos.
I also have had problems with clicking on links in emails and even on my
taskbar.
I have to click on the links twice for them to open up properly. One window
opens and just says "loading" Click again and the window opens the way it is
supposed to.

The news clips & music videos open up in Macromedia player which is an adobe
acrobat program. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this program and have
even tried their tech support. But so far that has been no help either.

I have tried so many different things that my DSL provided as stated to do.
It has reached the point that they are telling me there is nothing that they
can do at this time and that I will have to pay their PLUS tech support for
assistance.
I find this funny since it is a subsidary / sister company of their that
seems to have caused this problem.

I just don't know what steps that I should take to try and fix the problem

I could use any help that anyone can give me..........

Hi Paint,
Could you do System Restore before last week (before installing Yahoo
Seller..) and Scan first for Viruses and Malware/Grayware first then Restore.
Hope this helps
Please report back here
