Browser Issues

I have a domain where I have 4 2000 servers, 2 of which
are DCs.

DC1 has no browser errors.

DC2 and the 2 other 2000 servers have browser error 8032.
I installed 2K resource kit, in which I cannot find
browstat btw. I did use the browser monitor, however,
which shows me two browsers for DC1. One which lists all
the comps in the domain, the other which lists only TREVA.

Now on some computers I can only see TREVA under Network
Places, but in others I see the whole domain.

I can't seem to get rid of that second browser listing.
Deleting the domain in browser monitor does absolutely
NOTHING. :(

I posted on the private newsgroups, but all they gave me
for an answer was what I already found by searching the
knowledge base myself and that was of no help.

Help?

Hello,

You can stop the computer browser service on the other server. This
will keep the browser elections from taking place from taking place in the
browser election.

For the master browser:

Go to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Browser\Parameters\
IsDomainMaster
Change the value of this key to "yes" (without the quotation marks), quit
Registry Editor, and then restart your computer.
