I found the problem but I have not yet succided in getting reed of this
problem. I have already spend a lot of time.

Hi Oscar,
Try to download the Spybot from another Clean Machine on a Cd and Install
after you Disable the Runing Processes of the Malware to get the Chance of
completing the Installation, the Malware/Virus is having a guard file hidden
somewhere and you can't see it, lurking arround like a ghost and blocking you
from removing the folder.
Go to trendmicro and download their tool and read the instruction to remove
the Malware from your Machine in here;
