Browser hijacked by Wabu

My system has been invaded by spyware, Wabu, denying me
my home page and proliferating my screen with popups. Any
suggestions?
 
First, scan the system for parasites and remove them. SpyBot S&D searches
your harddisk for Spyware and Adware
