Browser hijacked by kliksearch.com

This site takes over as my homepage as of today. I have
ran cwshredder, spybot and adware and it's still here.
Anyone else have this problem, and more importantly, know
how to fix it? -- thanks!

* Updated for new CWS.Aff.Toolband variant (hijacks to kliksearch.com).
* Bugfix for removal of the CWS.Alfasearch.3 variant (rundll32.vbe).
* Removal support for possible CWS.Alfasearch.4 variant (winsec.exe, similar
to rundll32.vbe).

"Cool Web Search" = 'CWS.Aff.Toolband' Spyware variant Hijack.
As Mac posted, use the CWShredder to dispose of it.
