browser hangs up for 10-30 sec

Hi all,

My IE seems to randomly hang up when I click on a new
link, anywhere between 10-30 seconds. I removed my pop-up
killer software thinking it was conflicting but that didnt
solve my problem. This happens every 20 or so new links I
would guess. All suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
