Browser does not redirect pages

My IE6 stops work whenever I visit a web page that has
<META> tag that redirects me to another web page. Does
anyone know how to fix this problem? Thanks.

Mike,
Internet Options | Security [tab] | Custom Level [button]
Scroll down to: "Allow META REFRESH", set to "Enable", click Ok
