Browser config

I'm sure this will be ignorant, but I can't figure out how
to get back my browser with all the works. The browser
comes up, but without anything other than my search page.
No address bar...no buttons...nada.Just a page. What do I
do? Driving me crazy trying to figure it out....don't even
know what happened.
